My regular fee is $161 for each 54 minutes session.

Since I believe that therapy should be accessible to those seeking positive change in their lives, I offer a sliding scale to a limited number of clients who border on the poverty line.

Fees are paid in full at the end of each session by Venmo, Zelle (Chase QuickPay).

A statement of charges will be provided monthly when you so request.

Insurance Coverage

(1) Network Provider

I am a network provider of

• Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO
• Anthem
• Aetna
• MediCare  part B

Participation in more network panels is forth coming.

(2) Out-of-Network Provider

If you have a PPO plan with other insurance companies, you may find your sessions reimbursable since I am a licensed clinical psychologist.

Your PPO plan may reimburse you for a portion of your counseling or therapy fees for an out-of-network provider.

For this reimbursement purpose, I will give you a monthly statement with a diagnosis and treatment code if you so need it.

Out-of-Pocket Payment

Despites being insured, many clients elect to bypass insurance coverage so that their confidentiality is at a premium.

Each present moment is pregnant with freshness!

These clients especially value the independent relationship that this out-of-pocket payment allows.

It allows them, instead of the insurance company, to determine their own treatment plans, as well as their own pace of healing.

For these clients, I am particularly generous in the sliding scale because my goal is for clients to receive the best counseling and psychotherapy possible while still be able to afford it.

 

24-Hour Notice Policy

Counseling and psychotherapy sessions are scheduled on an ongoing weekly or bi-weekly basis.

If you know that you must miss a session, I will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session for you when you kindly notify me 24 business hours ahead of time.
